Alea Homison is Vice President of Sales Enablement and Sales Development at AlphaSense where she is responsible for the development, acceleration, and optimization of talent across the sales and service organization.  Alea specializes in building go-to-market strategies for organizations focused on growth and scalability. She has developed and managed a variety of high performing teams throughout her career which spans sales strategy, corporate strategy, and investment banking.  Alea holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Risk Management and Business from Gannon University.

Sarah is the Head of Sales at Better.com, one of the fastest growing homeownership companies in the country, having grown 3.5x year-over-year and currently funding $700M a month in mortgages. As one of the company’s first employees in 2016, Sarah built and scaled the sales team from 5 to over 300. Pierce has also tripled loans sales at Better.com two years in a row, adding multiple new product lines and launching sales for Better.com’s first white label partnership with Ally Financial.  Prior to Better.com, Sarah co-founded TIQO Beverage, a light alternative to Beer that was sold and distributed across the country. She has a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University.
