What is your professional mantra?

Courage and empathy.

What does mentally recharging mean/look like to you?

Spending time with my family & I do A LOT of hot yoga.

What are some of your biggest learnings to date as a recent co-founder?

As a recent co-founder, I’ve learned that courage is crucial when starting something new. When I faced my first rejection, it hit me hard. However, a friend recommended Brene Brown’s “A Call to Courage” as a source of inspiration. After watching it, I felt empowered to schedule multiple meetings right away. My personal and professional network has been a tremendous source of support and motivation, helping me keep going.
