WISE Member of the Month: March 2023

Each month, WISE selects a member of the community to share their sales knowledge and story. We are excited to announce Kelly Anne Parker as our March 2023 Member of the Month!

Kelly is currently working in Strategic Partnerships at BetterUp and joined the WISE community in 2021.

What's a top tip at work that you swear by?

Have a morning routine! Don't skip this - just like stretching before a workout or skincare routine before bed, having a morning pre-work ritual is critical to success. I do my best thinking and planning on my couch with an Iced Coffee in the morning. The time I spend planning my day, meetings, and going through my to-do list allows me to organize to win and helps me to start the day feeling accomplished.

How has your involvement with WISE helped you as a professional?

Professionally, I have had the opportunity to meet WISE members in person and virtually for coffee chats to discuss career changes, job opportunities, and mentorship. Giving back my time to a community of women who I can mentor and learn from is so rewarding and meaningful.

What's motivating you right now?

Traveling! In the last few years, I didn't have the opportunity to see all the people I love and places on my bucket list. Putting PTO on the calendar is a huge incentive to advance my pipeline and close deals so I can book flights after!
